Fairly long story
Fairly long story. New DELL PC, wanted to buy 32GB of memory to replace existing 8GB. Mr Memory site suggested 2x16GB modules would do the trick. Ordered easily, arrived in good time, but the things didn't work. Done it enough times to know that I'd done it OK and that there was probably nothing wrong with the DIMMs. Did a bit of digging and found others had similar issues and that 4x8GB was the answer. Got in touch with customer service and, boy, did they do a good job. They have a great Freepost return policy and my replacements came at breakneck speed. Yes, they work. I could have taken a star off for getting the wrong modules, but really, their customer service and returns policy/system is so good I decided not to. You can buy from them with confidence, I feel.
