Perjalanan Booker diawali ketika dirinya menuju sebuah mercusuar di tempat terpencil. Mercusuar inilah yang akan membawa Booker ke kota yang melayang di angkasa bernama Columbia. Penduduk kota melayang ini menganggap bahwa dunia bawah merupakan dunia yang kotor. Mereka menjulukinya Sodom. Kota Columbia dipimpin oleh seorang nabi bernama Zachary Comstock.
Rupanya, kedatangan Booker ke Columbia sudah diprediksikan oleh Comstock sebelumnya. Sebagai pemimpin Columbia, Comstock meramalkan kedatangan nabi palsu yang menjadi ancaman. Nabi palsu ini memiliki ciri yang sama dengan Booker. Mainkan juga game fps lainnya, Deus Ex Mankind Divided.
Dalam pencariannya, Booker akan dibantu oleh dua orang misterius bernama Robert dan Rosalind Lutece. Keduanya selalu menghadirkan paradoks yang justru membimbing Booker. Game mechanic yang menantang dan plot yang mind-blowing merupakan dua daya tarik utama dari Bioshock Infinite Free Download.
